Are you a personal trainer in crisis?
It’s becoming very clear to me after taking to many personal trainers in the industry that the crisis level is on the rise.
What do I mean by this?
More and more overwhelm, stress.
In the video below, here you will hear from a trainer who was feeling completely lost, frustrated and angry, with no results to show for his hard efforts.
This makes me sad.
Sad to find out that more and more personal trainers are working themselves into the ground, even becoming hospitalized.
The truth is you need a new perspective, a different headspace.
Being reconnected with your passion is one of the first steps we take as a company.
But most of all, just like this case.
You MUST be willing to take a good, hard, deep look at yourself.
Just like you ask your clients to. Are you willing to take that step?
Are you willing to be asked tough questions and ask tough questions of yourself?
It’s only then can the breakthrough start.
Because the truth is, there is a BETTER way to run your business and your life if you’re in a crisis.
Most likely the MODEL of your business needs some work, most likely your mind needs to be put back on track and, then commitment needs to shift, the energy needs to move again and once you’re connected back with yourself, then you can properly serve.
Yes, advanced marketing strategies, improved sales skills, all of that is important.
But, if you’re not in the right place, if your family is suffering, if the environment you’re living in and the people you are around don’t fully support you, it’s not a fancy facebook strategy that will pul you out.
It takes more than that,
When you’re fully ready to commit, when you’re ready to pull resources out of the bag, when you’re ready to STEP UP and be the man or woman that you know you can be, then go here and complete the application that most likely you either haven’t seen, OR most probably you’ve been putting off because of yet another excuse.
